Fayette Medical Supply, Inc. started as La Grange Medical Sales and Rentals in downtown La Grange on Main Street in 1978.  Albert T. Hernandez, CRTT. purchased Jay’s Rentals in Brenham and the office in La Grange in 1982.  For over 40 years Al and his caring staff have served thousands of customers and patients.  His desire is to give that hometown service with the expertise that allows customers to know they will be well taken care of.

Fayette Medical Supply, Inc. is a family owned and operated company dedicated to providing home medical equipment, respiratory services and medical supplies to the communities of La Grange, Bastrop, and surrounding areas.

Fayette Medical Supply, Inc. is committed to providing quality medical equipment, supplies and service to our patients and their caretakers, whether in the privacy of their own home, assisted living, or a nursing facility.  We are committed to meet or exceed the highest standards of this industry on the quality of the equipment and service we provide based on our respect for the rights of our customers.  We will strive to handle our customers with personal attention to every detail of the service provided.

ACCREDITATION

Fayette Medical Supply, a durable home medical equipment company, has achieved the Award of Accreditation from the Healthcare Quality Association on Accreditation, based in Waterloo, Iowa. This award is achieved only when home medical equipment companies demonstrate a high level of quality practices in their business operations and patient care techniques.  Fayette Medical Supply, each location in La Grange, TX & Bastrop, TX, earned the three-year accreditation after completing a comprehensive application that focuses on patient care, financial stability, and a commitment to quality operational practices and procedures. Accreditation by the Healthcare Quality Association on Accreditation assures Medicare and other payers that the highest levels of quality are practiced within all areas of the company.​​  Fayette Medical Supply earned their accreditation awards every three years since 2009.
